Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are happy with your order. If for some reason you are not, follow the steps below to return an item.

We are able to offer returns/exchanges on items purchased from us directly  through our online store only. For products bought from other retailers or online platforms, please return the items to their original point of purchase.

Step 1:

Simply write to us at with your order number and a reason for return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If goods returned to us are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return.

 Step 2: 

 A member of our team will get back in touch with you to help you with the next step. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Only goods that have been received damaged or defective are eligible for a free returns label. 

Step 3: 

Pack the item safely, ensure that you have proof of postage. We are only responsible for your parcel once we have received it. Items lost in transit cannot be exchange or refunded. It is highly recommended to use a fully tracked service for peace of mind.  

Step 4: 

Once the goods have been received, they will be examined. Goods that show signs of unreasonable use will not be issued a full refund. A reduced amount may be refunded or you can choose to arrange for the item to be returned to you.

Step 5:

Once we have processed your returns, a refund excluding any shipping charges will be applied to the original form of payment, no later than 14 days. 


If you wish to cancel an order which has not been shipped yet, please write to us at and we will be happy to assist.

Damaged/Defective goods

Damaged or defective items can be returned for an exchange or refund. Simply write to with your order number and photos of the goods. A member of our team will contact you to arrange for the goods to be collected.
